If you hear the word "taste" and think of a familiar atmosphere, a beautifully set table, think of delicious food and a good glass of wine, then you have found the right place. Typical dishes from the Ladin kitchen, simple and fresh, exclusively home-made by our chef Peter and our Nane, as it wants the existing tradition of Fana Ladina of the past thirty years.
 
"Fana" means pan in the Ladin language. The restaurant Fana Ladina is located at the entrance to St. Vigil, in an old, rustic building and seems as if it wants to remind the surrounding modern hotels in the old tradition. The restaurant welcomes its guests in a stylish ambiance to which belongs also a “Stube” of the 17th Century. In summer you can enjoy the Ladin specialties in the internal garden.
