The house is situated in a beautiful, quiet and central position near a nice green and recreation area with a children’s playground, near shops, bakery, beauty salon, hairdresser's salon, bars and restaurants, skibus- and citybus stop, ski lifts to the Kronplatz. The apartments have furnishings in natural wood and have been designed with attention and love for details.
All the apartments have WI-FI Lan ADSL, flat-TV, radio, electric roll blinds, dishwasher, baking oven, big refrigerator with separated freezer.
