The flats are situated in a calm and sunny area, surrounded by meadows and fields. Apartment 1 consists of two separate bedrooms, a living kitchen - bathroom and two balconies. TV, satellite / cable, WLAN, The apartment is on the first floor (dependance).
Apartment 2 consists of three separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and one balcony. TV, satellite / cable, WLAN,. The apartment is on the first floor. Safe, ski depot and shoe dryer are available.
Bruneck is reachable on a congenial promenade through meadows and forest (20 minutes to walk). The cable railway valley station of the ski field Kronplatz is reachable by car in three minutes. A sled railroad, a skating place in the nature, cross country skiing trails and the Wellness spa Cron4 with five different pools (Funpool, Activepool, Solepool, Sportpool and Babypool) and a water slide are also near the apartments. The hosts guarantee reduced entrance fees for the Wellness Spa Cron4, its saunas Cron3 and the outdoor pool of Bruneck. Tennis courts, riding stable, golf course, children's playground, a nature park and the outdoor pool in the sport area of Bruneck are ideal for the summer holidays.
The guests have also a parking at their disposal.
