Our Villa, lying in a beautiful sunny and restful position surrounded by a wide garden (with underground parking area, ski depot and ski boots heated area) is located in the centre of San Vigilio in the context of a characteristic alpine village.

The apartments are located in a very quiet area of San Vigilio di Marebbe and they are also very close to the town center (five minutes by walk). During summer San Vigilio offers peace and quietness in the splendid landscapes of Dolomites.

San Vigilio di Marebbe, nestled in an intact nature, is a typical mountain village. It is situated at the beginning of the natural park Fanes-Sennes-Braies and of the ski-area Kronplatz. The house Ciasa Romantica lies 15 minutes by foot outside of the village centre.

The Batacör is surrounded by peaceful Dolomite meadows and is part of the farm Trù, which has been passed on from generation to generation for hundreds of years. Since 2016 the farm has obtained the certification of BIO production.
