The residencial hotel Noares offers the maximum comfort both in summer and in winter.
The house is just in the center of San Vigilio di Marebbe, in a quiet zone, perfect to satisfy all demands of the guests at the same time.
All apartments are furnished with bed-rooms with linen, bath-room, kitchen with accessories, living-room with balcony, TV, parking area, garage, ski-room and garden.
The Residence is in front of the ski-area, so it's possible getting on the top of Plan de Corones from here with the skis on your feet. On the contrary, summer offers the chance to hike, dipped in the nature of the natural park Fanes Sennes Braies among the majestic Dolomites.

Appartamenti nuovi, bellissimi. La signora Clara è molto gentile. La posizione della casa è ottima, vicino delle piste da sci, come anche al centro del paese di San Vigilio che è stupendo, specialmente in dicembre... Consigliato! close

Perfect skiing holiday

We have just got back from a week at Residence Noares and I am already looking for flights for next year! It was our first time skiing in Italy but definitely not our last. The apartment was adorable, always warm and cosy and had everything we needed, especially a lovely large bath for after skiing. The location is perfect and made our stay ideal... literally 20 meters from the ski lift. No need for ski bus etc. San Vigilio is a beautiful place and has a lovely friendly feel to it. The ski slopes were great and the instructors were fantastic. We didn't want to leave!
