The house is located in a quiet and sunny position in the center of Enneberg. This small village at the foot of Plan de Corones is an ideal starting point for walks, just a short drive from St. Vigil and the Fanes-Senes-Braies natural park. Very close to a small shop where you can get daily fresh bread. Fresh milk and eggs are available directly on the farm. If you want you can also assist the milking. In the village there are three restaurants that you can reach in a few minutes. All three offer both international and typical Ladin cuisine. Enjoy the peace and great view on the large sun terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue. There is also the herb garden available and you can enjoy the farm's own fruits (raspberries, currants, strawberries). Bed linen and towels are provided, the kitchen is fully equipped. A great, big, rustic room (with an open or closed door) is available where you can enjoy your barbecue, even if it rains or late in the evening in order to eat outside on the terrace. In front of the house there are swings, a sandbox and some games for children. Not far away is a nice and quiet playground.

Skiing holiday at Soratru in Pieve di Marebbe
In a small town a short drive from San Vigilio di Marebbe on the flank of Plan de Corones is one of the finest agriturismo hofs we have ever had the pleasure of visiting, Soratru. Robert and Petra are gracious hosts - the apartments are spacious and comfortable, the views of the mountains and valley are impressive, the quiet after a hard day of skiing is welcome. Great restaurants are nearby, the skiing is quite fine (Corones is a big mountain) and Soratru is a haven. We were lucky to have found our way to Pieve di Marebbe and we look forward to seeing Robert and Petra again, in any season.

Excellent accommodation at apartments Soratru
I spent 6 days at Soratru apartments with my wife and my 16 years old daughter. We found impeccable cleaning in an apartment that was more than enough for all the three of us. Kitchen is fully equipped; they have a ski-room with ski boots heater and dryer. The access to our apartment was independent from the rest of the house; you can buy fresh milk and eggs from the owner’s farm. The view from all their windows is just stunning, you can watch over a beautiful valley and the church of Pieve di Marebbe, dated 1430, is only 60 meters away. The ski slopes of Kronplatz – Plan de Corones are only 4 km away. Petra, one of the owners, is very discreet and her English is, by far, excellent, in a region where most people speak only German, Italian or Ladino. English is not that often spoken in that area, although people do seem to understand it very well when you address to them in English. Local restaurants and stores are available in Pieve di Marebbe and San Vigilio di Marebbe, the closest small town, which is well worth to be visited.
Overall, the accommodation apartments Soratru offer extraordinary value for the money you pay. It can be a destination during winter, suitable for snow sports as well as for all season holidays in the Dolomites Mountains, with natural parks protected by UNESCO. I, personally, soon plan to book the same apartment for the next year; just to be sure I will find it available for the period of my holiday.

What a find!
What a wonderful, welcoming place! There was so much we liked about it, it's hard to know where to start.
The location: on the edge of a quiet village with amazing views across the valley. The village is small, but amazingly has three restaurants, one of which we absolutely loved, and a little shop selling fresh bread and other essentials. Waking up in the morning, often the mountains were shrouded in cloud, but the view as the sun rises and the mountains emerge is wonderful.
The farmhouse: the building is new (but in a traditional style) and well fitted out. The apartment we stayed in was decorated simply and was very clean, well equipped and warm, with views across the valley. It was a nice change to have no Ikea furniture and to stay in a traditional style building.
Petra and Robert looked after us really well, giving us a warm welcome. It's a working dairy farm and we were all fascinated to watch the cows being milked at 6pm every day. A new calf was born on our first day! Robert is very happy to talk about the farm and his beloved dairy cows. My 8 year old loved zooming around the farmyard on the toy tractor - Petra and Robert's sons were generous with their toys and our son played with them for hours despite having no language in common! All the guests tended to congregate on the patio/farmyard in the late afternoon while the kids played, and it felt like being part of Petra and Robert's family.
What else? The Dolomites area is of course amazing, but if you go walking or cycling be warned - there isn't a flat road or path for miles around, you need to be fit (or cheat, and hire an electric bike)! Don't miss the little grappa distillery up the road, where a lovely old couple with very little English will ply you with grappa at 10 in the morning and charm your socks off.
I would definitely go there again, thoroughly recommended, great value for money. Thank you Petra and Robert for an amazing week!

Marvellous holiday, splendid location!
We stayed for one week at Soratru with our two children of 6 and 8. The owners are very warm-hearted and friendly. We experienced the life on the farm with the cows, chickens... The apartment is well equipped and we had a wonderful view!
The area is really exceptional. We made a lot of beautiful walks in the national park nearby (free access by bus with the tourist card).

Holiday at Soratru
We spent a marvellous winter holiday in Soratru apartment. As it is close to Furcia (free car park), we went up in the car and the access to Kronplatz was easier than from Miara station. The apartment was cosy, modern and well-equipped. It was big enough for a 4-member family. There is also a small shop about 50 meters from the house, so we did not have to go down to the town. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the hosting family.
